Dr Phillip Palmer, founder of Prime Practice, says that establishment of Prime Practice Recruit was a logical development in the company’s recent expansion. “Dentists can often underestimate the effect that staffing has on a practice’s success. By helping dentists choose the best staff, we are making it that much easier for them to create their ideal – and profitable – practices.
Prime Practice Recruit will be headed by Carlene Matkovich, who has more than 20 years’ experience in medical and dental training and recruitment. Before joining Prime, she successfully developed and delivered dental and business training programs for registered training organisations, while also creating and managing her own recruitment consultancy. Carlene has a genuine passion for building sustainable teams that will contribute to the success of their practice, and brings invaluable knowledge and skills to the Prime Practice Recruit team.
Prime Practice Recruit will be available for Prime Practice clients and the broader dental community, and will expand on the already vast number of services Prime Practice provides to dentists throughout Australia and New Zealand.
